چکیده

Termites are highly abundant and vital insects that directly indirectly influence local soils. The present study investigated the morphological molecular phylogenetics of termite species collected from fields in southern Haryana, India, 2020 to 2021. Samples were subjected integrated systematic analyses, taking into account mandible features soldiers for systematics 16S rRNA gene-based phylogeny systematics. Based on external phenotype relations reference sequences NCBI GenBank, 21 identified; these included five each Odontotermes Microcerotermes, four Coptotermes, two Microtermes Eremotermes, one Amitermes, Angulitermes, Neotermes. gene utilized construct phylogenetic trees explore relatedness among identified species. results different approaches including maximum parsimony, likelihood, neighbor-joining revealed nearly identical topological between grouping individuals relation their genera. parsimony tree based has been found be effective clustering multiple a given genus clade at least three
